Refunds

Your satisfaction is our #1 goal.  And when you need a refund, your satisfaction is still our #1 goal!  If you need to return items to us for any reason, we will refund your money, with no questions asked.  Here are some details on our Refund policy:

1) We will refund your money in full for any full cartons you return to us, for any reason.

2) If you smoke a pack of any cigarettes we sell, and you decide you don't like them, for any reason, we will issue a refund for the entire carton, as long as you return 9 of the 10 packs unopened.

3) If you return 8 or fewer packs for a refund, we will prorate the refund based on the number of packs you return to us.

4) When you return items to us for a refund, we also issue a credit to you for the shipping that you paid, based on the number of cartons returned.
