You must be twenty-one (21) years of age and possess a valid drivers license and checking account to purchase cigarettes from 001Cigarettes.com.  001Cigarettes.com will not sell cigarettes to minors.  All customers are required to certify that they are at least 18 years old.  001Cigarettes.com reserves the right to cancel any sale based at our sole discretion if we believe the customer is purchasing cigarettes on behalf of a minor.

Cigarettes purchased from 001Cigarettes.com are for personal use only, and not for resale.

Your personal information is confidential with us.  We don't share your personal information or order history with any public or private organizations.

It is the responsibility of the customer to comply with any laws regarding the purchase and use of any cigarettes in their State.  In order to determine the applicable limits on purchases or taxing responsibilities, if any, imposed by your particular State, you may want to contact your State tax authorities.  We do not collect Sales or Excise taxes on the behalf of any State, nor are we required to do so.

Title to all products purchased from 001Cigarettes.com is passed to the customer upon delivery of the products to the common carrier.
